Bermudian boxer Saundre “Dash” Simmons will aim for his fifth straight victory in the professional ranks when he returns to the ring on October 26 in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
It will be Simmons’s first outing since beating Mexican Victor Aceves via a knockout in Tijuana, Mexico, in May.
The 27-year-old [4-0] wrote on social media: “Ready to come back the Carolina’s and put on a show. Got to thank everyone in advance – coaches, promoters, and Sponsors.
“This is going to be a fun event and I’m looking forward to putting on another showstopper for my supporters.”
Born in Lancaster, Massachusetts, Simmons was raised by his Bermudian parents in Somerset before moving to Asheville, North Carolina, with his mother when he was 12.
He enjoyed a successful amateur career, placing runner-up at the USA National Boxing Championships in Louisiana and the Golden Gloves of America in Oklahoma in 2021.
