Multan Sultans participated in the event under new ownership and a new name, Rawalpindi.

PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi attended the ceremony and was warmly welcomed by franchise owners. He also presented special customized “Markhor” T-shirts of the national team for the T20 World Cup 2026 to all franchise owners as gifts.

Pakistani all-rounder Faheem Ashraf was the first major pick, acquired by Islamabad United for Rs. 85 million.

The most expensive player of the auction was Naseem Shah, who was sold to Rawalpindi for Rs. 86.5 million.

  • Sahibzada Farhan – Sialkot Stallions – Rs. 57 million
  • Mohammad Amir – Rawalpindi – Rs. 54 million
