The Ocean View Golf Course was the scene for day two of the ICS Tires Cobra Puma junior championships, where 23 of Bermuda’s future golf stars returned to battle it out.
The boys 14-16 age group division saw Arman Newton crowned the champion following an impressive second round 4-over par 74, to finish at 7-over par. Sa-Qui Robinson finished second at 20-over par, after his second round of 14-over par, while Ramsay Soutter finished in third place with a score of 33-over par.
In the boys 11-13 age group division, Cole Graham emerged as the champion following a second round of 14-over par 86, he finished at 27-over par, Charles Smith followed in second at 47-over par, and Hugo Adams in third place with a score of 49-over par.
Darina Betschart dominated the girls division, shooting a solid second round 11-over par 81, to finish at 16-over par. Juliana Gakundi found herself in second at 96-over par.
In the novice division, Daniel Dalene set the pace to be crowned champion at 24-over par. Cruz Tavares finished in second with a score of 50-over par, and Mason Durrant rounded out the top three with a score of 58-over par.
